Studying everyday doesn’t make a man perfect. When a student needs some experience related to his field he must be an Apprenticeship because that only creates valuable work experience for students. In Todays world in recruiting division they only look for the person with experience that can be an important attribute for the employers to look into an applicant. We need a huge work force during the Apprenticeship. It is a model of learning from an industry professional. It is a method of work based learning seems to be remains as a highly preferred technique. It could be in all sections like medicine to photography, law to carpentry.
Classroom teaching can give everybody the basics, theoretical study, history, laws, ethics and methodologies. Whereas Apprenticeship could give them a practical training and can actually prepare the student for a workplace. It primarily makes the student to apply what he had gained in the classroom. Apprenticeship is very much useful at a certain extent of time.
